Start from account.keystonne.in. Use the email address associated with your Keystonne account, or continue with Google or Apple when that option is available. Use the same account you used before, and follow any verification step shown on the sign-in screen.
Apple’s Hide My Email can use a private relay address that differs from your usual email. That may be a separate Keystonne identity. If your business is missing, use the account that received its invitation; accounts are not merged just because they belong to the same person.
Your account connects your identity across Keystonne services. It does not create a restaurant, add a team membership or grant access to another business. If you can sign in but cannot see a business, ask its owner to check your invitation and access.
Your Store order history and saved checkout details have a separate verification step. Use the email associated with the order when the Store asks you to verify it. Signing in to Keystonne Account alone does not grant access to private orders.
