Keystonne Account is the shared identity for Keystonne services. Your Store order history and saved checkout details are protected by a separate order-verification service.
When you open an order or the Store asks you to verify your access, use the email associated with that order. A matching name or an order number is not proof of ownership.
A Store support request should include the order reference and a description of the problem. Never include payment-card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Use Store help for delivery, invoices, returns and product warranty questions.
