Use Sign in on the help centre to authenticate with Shopify. Use the same email address you used for your Store order so your requests are attached to the right customer account.
Your help-centre session is separate from the Store’s browser session. You may be asked to sign in again when moving between the two apps.
Never share a one-time code, password or recovery information with the assistant or in a support request. If a session has expired, use Refresh sign-in or sign in again.
